The rules for using Live Party Photos as a host or guest.

1. About the service

Live Party Photos (www.livepartyphotos.com) lets registered users (“hosts”) create photo albums for events. Guests may upload photos via QR code or link without creating an account.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

Upload illegal, abusive, harassing, or infringing content
Upload content you do not have the right to share
Attempt to access other users’ albums without permission
Disrupt or overload the platform
Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the service without permission

As album owner, you are responsible for content uploaded to your album and for sharing upload and gallery links appropriately.

4. Guest uploads

By uploading a photo, guests grant the album owner a licence to display and store that photo for the purposes of the event album and slideshow. Guests should only upload photos they are happy to share with the host and other guests who may view the slideshow or public gallery.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of photos you upload or receive through your album. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your photos.

6. Plans, limits, and payment

Free and paid plans have different photo limits and retention periods as described on our prices page. Paid upgrades are one-off fees per album unless otherwise stated. We may change pricing for new purchases with reasonable notice.

7. Retention and deletion

Photos are stored for the period applicable to your plan, then deleted automatically unless you extend retention or download them beforehand. See our retention policy.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or breach of these terms.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, guest-uploaded content, or loss of photos after retention periods expire. You should download important photos before they are deleted.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, content may be deleted according to our retention policy.

11. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data and photos.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
